I have always been passionate about physical fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I have been a certified member of ISSA for 3 years, and continue my education with additional qualifications such as group fitness training. I am a mom and an elementary school teacher, and enjoy educating and helping others to identify and learn how to life the best life they can! I enjoy leading an active lifestyle with my family, outdoors and in my own home gym. We have recently moved to Lindsay, Ontario and are loving the new experiences of moving to a new town. There are many things we can explore together, focusing on nutrition, weight loss, aerobic exercise and strength weight training, including health tips and practices to maintain a lifestyle program.
My Mission
I strongly believe in living a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle. To wake up each morning, pushing myself to do my best and challenging my mind and body to the limits. My journey must include successes and challenges, which only motivates me to overcome and grow from what I learned. I work hard, play hard, and strive to be a positive role model to my kids and family.
My Vision
I am a mom, wife, teacher, and fitness and nutrition life coach. I want to take my education, training, life experiences, achievements AND mistakes, to help others on their own personal journey. Every person is unique and on different paths, and I hope to be beside you as you PUSH, CONQUER and CRUSH your individual goals.
