I have been a client of Kristyl’s beginning of January 2019. I have had amazing success with the Kristyl’s personalized daily fitness and nutrition programs, and couldn’t recommend it more! Kristyl has helped me refine my approach to workouts, nutrition and overall motivation. The results have been some weight loss and a significant tightening of my whole body, to the point that I think it’s the best it has ever been.
I was one of those people that worked out daily, ate reasonably well, and looked fine. I have pretty common obstacles for my daily workouts: I work full time, have two young kids, a husband who’s work hours are 9-5pm and because of all that, time is limited. I don’t have time to go to a gym and rarely have time to even go for a run. My weekday workouts need to be before everyone gets up. In comes Kristyl and her awesome workouts and nutrition plan…
She has given me the knowledge and confidence to do workouts whenever, wherever. In the past, I relied mostly on cardio to burn calories – thinking that was the most bang for the calorie buck. The transformation that I’ve seen by throwing that out the window has been ridiculous, to be honest. I will NEVER go back to my old ways of working out. Kristyl has given me the tools to squeeze a solid workout in no matter what. Her programs are so versatile, that I can do effective workouts with little equipment no matter where I am.
The other key component that she changed for me was how I was looking at my nutrition. I can honestly say I thought I was fine in that department – give or take a couple treats here and there. The changes she made and advice she gave made such a difference.
